At Flower Mad, we are committed to delivering fresh and beautiful floral arrangements safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services In Egypt (Grater Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and red sea), Lebanon and Jordan. Customers can place orders from anywhere, and we will arrange delivery to the recipient's address provided that we have a clear address and a phone number for the recipient.
Shipping Fees
A flat expedited shipping fee of EGP 145 per order applies to all deliveries within Cairo and Alexandira. This fee includes packaging, handling, and priority delivery services provided by our shipping partners.
The total shipping cost will always be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed..
Order Cut-Off Time
Handling Time
Handling time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch an order after it is placed.
At Flower Mad, most orders have a handling time of 2-4 hours, which means orders placed before the daily cut-off time are usually prepared and dispatched in a couple of hours.
Orders are processed 7days a week including public holidays, depending on delivery availability in the recipient's location.
Estimated Delivery Time
Based on our order processing and delivery network, the estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 4 hours except for Valentines and Mother’s day.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time may qualify for same-day delivery, while orders placed after the cut-off time are generally delivered on the next available delivery day.
Delivery Hours
Standard delivery hours are between 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM (recipient's local time).
During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, deliveries may extend beyond standard hours due to high order volume.

Orders may be delivered through trusted and reliable local delivery partners depending on the destination.

Delivery Attempts
A signature is not required at the time of delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner may leave the order in a safe location at the delivery address when appropriate.
For business locations, if the office is closed, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the recipient.
Address Changes
If a delivery address needs to be changed after the order has been shipped, please contact our support team immediately. Additional delivery charges may apply for address changes or redelivery requests.
Weather and Holiday Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to complete delivery as soon as possible.
